IT Team Leader

Responsibilities:
• Managing and leading the internal IT team, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring timely delivery of tasks.
• Managing and supervising the MDM enrollment process across user devices.
• Contributing to the development and continuous enhancement of internal IT systems and tools.
• Handling customer-facing IT infrastructure tasks, including deployment of on-premises environments covering Windows Server, Hyper-V virtualization, storage configuration, and VM deployment.
• Managing cloud infrastructure tasks and operations.
• Handling both internal IT requests and customer IT requests, ensuring continuity and quality of service.
• Escalating and coordinating with relevant teams on complex technical issues.
 
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, and team leadership.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Hyper-V, and virtualization technologies.
• Knowledge of MDM solutions and device management.
• Experience with Microsoft cloud solutions including Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Perfect English Language is a MUST
